Mamutik RZ is an Iceberg type headed lettuce. The plant forms compact heads consisting of dense outer leaves. The variety is characterized by slow bolting and is recommended for use in hydroponic cultivation systems.
The variety possesses high resistance (HR) to downy mildew (Bl:29-37,39-41EU), currant-lettuce aphid (Nr:0), and Phytophthora root rot (Pb), as well as intermediate resistance (IR) to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV:1).
