The variety belongs to the Salanova line and possesses leaf shape characteristics of the "batavia" type. The leaves are deeply dissected and feature high durability, which simplifies their subsequent processing.
The plant demonstrates vigorous growth during the winter period and is slow to bolt. The variety possesses high resistance to tip burn in summer and resistance to downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) in the race range Bl:29–37, 40EU.
