The Multigreen 57 variety, also known by the breeding number NUN 09057, belongs to the Multileaf type. The plant leaves are attached low to the base, which allows the lettuce to be prepared for consumption with a single cut. The plant is characterized by a compact size and medium growth vigor.
The variety possesses resistance to tipburn and bolting. It has high resistance to downy mildew races 29, 31–39, 41EU and intermediate resistance to Fusarium wilt race 1. The variety is distinguished by a high rate of development, which allows it to be used in intensive cultivation technologies.
