Napelo lettuce belongs to the iceberg type and forms medium to large heads. The plant possesses a strong root system, which ensures good tolerance to hot conditions and high shape retention.

The variety exhibits high resistance to downy mildew (races Bl:29-41EU), currant-lettuce aphid (race Nr:0), and lettuce mosaic virus. Recommended for the fresh market and industrial processing; it is well adapted to hot spring conditions.

The variety is intended for open field cultivation and is available as organic seeds. Recommended planting dates fall between weeks 12–18 and 32–34, depending on the region.
