The variety possesses high resistance (HR) to downy mildew (races Bl: 16–30, 32, 33EU) and lettuce aphid (Nr: 0). Intermediate resistance (IR) to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV:1) and resistance to bolting are also noted.
The produce is characterized by a high anthocyanin content and good keeping quality. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption and industrial processing.
