The variety belongs to the Batavia type and is a compact plant. Due to its high resistance to heat and premature flowering, it is well-adapted for production in regions with high temperatures. Supplied as pelleted or encrusted seed material.
The plant possesses high resistance (HR) to downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) races Bl: 29–31, 34, 36, 39–40EU and currant-lettuce aphid (Nasonovia ribisnigri) Nr:0. It also exhibits intermediate resistance (IR) to Fusarium wilt (Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lactucae) race Fol:4.
