Variety description

The variety belongs to the red oak leaf lettuce subtype. The plant forms voluminous heads with a well-closed, semi-erect base and no protruding "flag" leaves. The leaves have a characteristic lobed shape and a nutty flavor.
The variety possesses complex resistance to downy mildew (Bl:29–34, 36, 39, 40EU), lettuce aphid and currant-lettuce aphid, tomato bushy stunt virus and an intermediate level of resistance to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV:1). Resistant to lodging due to the compact head shape.
The recommended planting density is from 55,000 to 85,000 plants per hectare. The variety is suitable for all-season cultivation, sale as whole heads, pre-packaging or industrial processing.
