The variety belongs to the Iceberg type and is intended primarily for cultivation during the winter period and early spring. The plants form dense heads of medium or large size, which possess high field resistance to cracking and a long period of technological suitability.
The variety possesses high resistance to downy mildew (races Bl:29–36, 38–41EU) and mirafiori lettuce big-vein virus. The crop tolerates cold well and is characterized by low susceptibility to bacteriosis. The produce is suitable both for the fresh market and for the needs of the processing industry.
