The plant forms shiny light-green leaves. The variety is intended for cultivation in the open field during periods of high summer temperatures.

Possesses high resistance to downy mildew races BI: 29–41EU and lettuce aphid. Has intermediate resistance to lettuce mosaic virus and Fusarium wilt. The variety is resistant to tipburn and bolting.
