The variety forms dark green leaves and features KNOX technology, which slows the browning of sap after cutting to increase the shelf life of the produce. Compared to the Emocion RZ variety, this lettuce is characterized by less vigorous growth.

The plant possesses resistance to downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) of various races and to the lettuce aphid (Nasonovia ribisnigri). The variety is oriented toward the market for ready-to-eat salad mixes and retail.
