The variety belongs to the Batavia type with a multi-leaf structure. The leaves are deeply serrated and feature a rich red color that is evenly distributed from the edges to the very base of the plant. Due to its structure and color, the variety is suitable for industrial processing.
The plant possesses high resistance to downy mildew (races Bl: 29-41EU) and intermediate resistance to Fusarium wilt (races Fol: 1, 4). The variety is adapted for cultivation during the spring and autumn periods.
It is used for cultivation in open field conditions and vertical farming, including hydroponics. The characteristics of the variety allow for the intense manifestation of red coloration even under insufficient lighting, and the crop itself is easily separated into individual leaves during preparation.
