The plant forms a rosette with an open growth habit. Leaves are lanceolate, narrow, and pointed at the ends; coloration varies from garnet-red at the tips to green at the base. Plant height averages 30 cm and can reach 100 cm during flowering.
The variety is suitable for cultivation throughout the season with a growing period of 55–70 days. The plant is sufficiently resistant to bolting, which allows for harvesting during the summer period. Staged harvesting of outer leaves as they grow is possible.
Sowing requires sunny areas with fertile, well-drained soil. Seeds are light-sensitive: they must only be lightly pressed into the soil surface without covering them with earth. The variety is suitable for cultivation in containers with a volume of 2 to 5 liters and requires regular watering.
