The variety belongs to the oakleaf lettuce type and is a representative of the Salanova line, the base of which, when cut, causes the rosette to fall apart into many leaves of identical size. The plant forms a uniform large dark red rosette with contrasting shades; the leaves have a sweet, crunchy taste with a light nutty flavor.
The hybrid is distinguished by a high growth rate and a well-developed root system. The variety possesses pronounced resistance to necrosis, bolting, downy mildew races Bl: 16–36EU, 39–41EU, as well as to lettuce aphid.
The crop is universal and suitable for cultivation in open field, plastic greenhouses, and in hydroponic systems. Due to the structural features of the rosette, the variety is suitable for mechanical harvesting and processing, as well as for use in salad mixes.
