The variety belongs to the red oak leaf lettuce type with a compact rosette consisting of dense and thick leaves. Salanova technology allows the head to be separated into many individual leaves of the same size with a single cut. The Knox trait slows down the oxidation of cut surfaces, which reduces waste and extends the shelf life of the product.
The plant possesses high resistance to downy mildew races Bl:29-37, 39-41EU and lettuce aphid (Nr:0), as well as to marginal leaf burn. The average growing cycle is from 35 to 50 days. The variety is resistant to bolting and is suitable for cultivation in open field, film greenhouses, and hydroponic systems.
