The variety is a hybrid (F1) and is distinguished by high adaptability, allowing it to be grown throughout the year in various conditions, including hydroponic systems.
Xanadu possesses high resistance to downy mildew of various races, as well as intermediate resistance to lettuce mosaic virus and root rots. The variety exhibits pronounced tolerance to tip burn and bolting, which, combined with good keeping quality, ensures high marketability of the produce.
