Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to the baby-leaf type (mini-romaine) and forms upright plants with oval-rounded leaves. The leaves are colored in a saturated burgundy-red, uniform across the entire surface, without spots at the base. A narrow petiole provides a small cut area, which contributes to resistance against browning and maintaining marketability.

The period from emergence to harvest is 35–45 days. The plant possesses high resistance (HR) to powdery mildew (Bl:29-41EU), Fusarium wilt (Fol:4), and lettuce aphid (Nr:0). The variety is suitable for growing in open field and protected cultivation, as well as in hydroponic systems, and allows for mechanized harvesting.

The produce is intended for fresh consumption, use in salad mixes, and professional processing. The plants maintain an upright position well in field conditions and are characterized by good transportability.
