The variety was bred by crossing local genetic materials from the White Carpathians region using the negative selection method. The plant possesses a branched root system, narrow long leaves, and white-violet flowers. The fruit is a pod containing 1–2 cream-white seeds.
The growing season of the variety is about 120 days. The crop is heat-loving, resistant to drought and short-term spring frosts down to -6 °C. The seeds are characterized by a high protein content. The plant is characterized by an absence of significant problems with diseases and pests.
The variety is universal: green mass and seeds are used as fodder for farm animals, and seeds are also used in human nutrition.
