The plant is a perennial subshrub, forming a hemispherical bush with a large number of shoots, reaching a height of 60–120 cm. The flowering period occurs in late June — early July. Regular rejuvenating pruning at approximately 10 years of age is required to maintain the shape and productivity of the bush.

The variety is valued for its high essential oil content, in which linalool and linalyl acetate predominate with low levels of limonene and eucalyptol. The primary purpose of the plant is the industrial production of essential oil for the cosmetic, perfumery, food industries, aromatherapy, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
