The plant is a dense bushy shrub of cushion-like shape, reaching a height of 40–50 cm. The leaves are linear, gray-green in color, and possess a distinct aroma.

The flowers are dark violet-blue, collected in dense inflorescences on short peduncles. The variety is characterized by drought tolerance and moderate winter hardiness (RHS zone H5, withstands temperatures from -10°C to -15°C).
