The plant belongs to dwarf forms. The total height including peduncles is about 35.5 cm, the height of the leaf rosette reaches 25 cm. Characterized by a compact and neat habit, forming dense clumps.

Flowering occurs in the summer months: June, July and August. The plant is winter-hardy in USDA zones 5–9, prefers sunny exposure and well-drained soils. Inflorescences are large, cream-white in color, semi-double type.
