The variety belongs to the Oriental hybrid group. The flowers are large, cup-shaped, and colored in a deep purple-red hue with a white throat and spotting on the petals. The leaves are arranged alternately on the stem, are lanceolate in shape, and are green in color.

The plant height varies from 80 to 120 cm. The variety is mid-early or mid-season, with flowering typically occurring in July–August. The plants are demanding regarding growing conditions, preferring fertile, well-drained soils and protection from strong winds. The flowers are fragrant and suitable for cutting.
