Variety description

The Pokerface variety is an LA hybrid (Longiflorum × Asiatic). The plant forms straight, strong flower stalks 90 to 130 cm tall, resistant to lodging.

The flowers are large, 20–25 cm in diameter, cup-shaped, and have a rich scarlet color, often with small dark speckles. The tips of the petals can be slightly recurved. The variety is fragrant and suitable for cutting.

Flowering occurs in July–August and lasts 2–3 weeks. The variety is distinguished by high winter hardiness, corresponding to hardiness zone 4 (down to -28...-30°C), and high disease resistance. It is suitable for cultivation in open ground and containers.
