The variety belongs to the Asian hybrid group. The flowers are large, about 160 mm in diameter, colored dark burgundy or dark grayish-purple with a glossy sheen. There are no spots or papillae on the petals; the anthers and stigma are orange, and the nectaries are green with a red-purple border.
The plant reaches a height of up to 100 cm. The variety has no fragrance. Flowering, depending on the region, occurs in the period from June to September. The lily is suitable for use in ornamental gardening and for cut flowers, and is characterized by good winter hardiness.
