Saltarello lily belongs to the OT-hybrid group. The flowers are funnel-shaped with wavy edges and upward-curved petal tips. The coloration varies from yellow-orange and golden-yellow to salmon tones, often with a greenish tint at the base of the petals. The plant possesses alternate, glossy, elliptical, dark green leaves.

The plant height ranges from 100 to 180 cm. Strong upright stems are resistant to lodging and are capable of supporting large inflorescences. The variety blooms from June to August, is resistant to fading in the sun, and possesses high winter hardiness corresponding to USDA zones 3–5. The crop is intended for use in group plantings, borders, and for cut flowers.
