The plant belongs to the Oriental hybrid group. The flower has a dark crimson color with edges shaded in a light purple hue and a bright greenish-yellow zone in the center above the nectaries; the flower throat is white. Plant height varies from 80 to 120 cm.

The flowering period occurs from July to August. The variety possesses a rich fragrance and is used for decorating flower beds and gardens, as well as a cut flower crop. Like other Oriental hybrids, it requires suitable conditions for overwintering.
