The variety was developed by specialists at the Flax Breeding Laboratory of the Institute of Oilseed Crops in Zaporizhzhia. The breeding process involved methods of intraspecific and interspecific hybridization, as well as experimental mutagenesis.

The variety belongs to the oilseed type and is intended for the production of oilseeds. Detailed morphological descriptions and productivity indicators for this variety have not yet been officially published and are expected upon the completion of state variety trials.
