Variety description

The tree has a narrow columnar crown shape, which allows it to be used in limited spaces. At ten years of age, it reaches a height of about 10 meters with a crown width of up to 4 meters; at maturity, the tree can grow to 15–20 meters.
The leaves are dark green, deeply lobed, star-shaped, and turn shades of yellow, orange, red, purple, and black-violet in autumn. Young shoots have corky ridges, and the bark of mature trees is gray-brown and furrowed.
The plant forms prickly spherical infructescences that remain on the branches after leaf fall. The variety is suitable for solitary plantings, alleys, and urban landscaping, demonstrating resistance to high temperatures and short-term drought.
