Variety description

The variety is an evergreen herbaceous perennial forming dense clumps about 30–35 cm in height. The plant is used as a groundcover crop for shaded or protected sites.

The main distinctive feature of the variety is the spring coloration of young leaves in a pale cream or white color. As it develops throughout the season, the foliage gradually turns green, however, if pruned, for example in July, the plant produces new light-colored growth.

The plant is drought-tolerant and tolerates partial shade well, while requiring protection from the impact of strong winds. The variety forms compact mounds that maintain their shape without lodging.
