The plant forms elegant dark green foliage and a dense upright habit. Unlike species forms with purple flowers, the LIRF variety is characterized by the pink color of the inflorescences that appear during the summer period.

The variety is valued for its compactness and sparse seed production, which reduces the risk of uncontrolled spreading. The plant possesses high resistance to a wide range of conditions, including heat, drought, cold, and excessive soil moisture.
