The plant belongs to the species Lolium perenne. Height during the heading stage is 70–100 cm. The variety is characterized by a dense, bright green leaf cover with a leafiness density of about 41% and rapid regrowth after mowing.

The variety has moderate resistance to rust and leaf scald (Rhynchosporium secalis). High resistance to lodging, drought, and trampling is noted, as well as the ability to withstand temperature drops down to -16°C in the absence of snow cover.

The yield of green mass reaches 110 c/ha, and dry matter reaches 34 c/ha. Due to the combination of ornamental qualities and turf density, it is used in lawn grass mixtures for landscaping and as a forage crop.
