The variety belongs to a specialized turf type of annual ryegrass. It is intended for the creation or restoration of turf cover, is used in mixtures with Kentucky bluegrass, fescue, and perennial ryegrass, and for overseeding warm-season turfgrasses during their dormancy period.

The plant has a medium maturity period, is characterized by very rapid germination, and active root system development within two days after sowing. The variety possesses high shoot density, is resistant to diseases, and has a dark green color, with a texture similar to perennial ryegrass.
