The variety is a tetraploid and is distinguished by rapid stand establishment. The plant is characterized by later flowering compared to other commercial varieties, which allows for the preservation of leaf mass and the nutritional value of the forage during the heading period.

The variety possesses high resistance to rust. The plant is intended for forage production, providing forage with high palatability from the beginning of winter through the late season.
