The variety is intended for creating park and ornamental lawns, as well as sports fields, and is suitable for overseeding and repairing turf covers. It possesses a fine leaf texture and high stand density, ensuring a neat appearance when mowed.

It is distinguished by a slow growth rate, which reduces the need for frequent mowing. It maintains good color during the winter period. It possesses high resistance to trampling and also exhibits resistance to rust and red thread.
