The variety is intended for the creation of high-quality lawns, landscape areas, and sports grounds. The plant forms a thick and dense turf with fine leaves that have a high rating on the texture scale.

Key features of the variety are slow regrowth after mowing, which reduces mowing frequency, and good resistance to trampling. Resistance to major diseases, including rust and red thread, is rated at an average level.
