The variety is intended for use in landscaping, including the creation of home lawns and sports surfaces such as fairways and tees on golf courses. The plant is characterized by high wear resistance and the ability to recover quickly from mechanical damage.

A key feature of the variety is its slow regrowth, which reduces the need for frequent mowing. The plant forms dense sod with high shoot density and possesses good resistance to red thread.
