The variety forms a dense dark green stand with a fine leaf texture. The plant possesses good resistance to trampling and the ability for early spring regrowth. Biological features include a high capacity for recovery after drought.

The variety is characterized by high resistance to gray leaf spot, Helminthosporium leaf spot, as well as crown rust and stem rust. The variety is positioned as turf-type and is not intended for cultivation for forage purposes.
