The variety is intended for use in grass mixtures, including those for professional sports facilities. The leaves of the variety are thinner and finer compared to many other varieties for sports lawns.

A distinctive feature of the variety is slow growth: it produces approximately 20% less biomass than broad-leaved analogs, which reduces the volume of waste and maintenance costs for the lawn. The variety maintains its rich color under conditions of drought and increased soil salinity.
