The variety forms a dense turf and possesses high resistance to intensive mechanical stress and trampling. Due to the presence of underground stolon shoots, the grass stand is capable of horizontal spreading and self-repair after damage.

The plant possesses high germination energy and seed purity, forming a uniform grass stand with a distinct leaf texture. The variety is suitable for regular low mowing and can be used in areas with insufficient sunlight.
