The variety is intended for use on professional football and golf pitches, including high-traffic areas. It is distinguished by high wear tolerance and the ability to withstand low mowing.

The plant possesses high turf density, good recovery rates after damage, and resistance to a number of turf pathogens, including red thread. The variety is often used in professional grass seed mixtures.
