The variety is intended for the formation of turf surfaces and is frequently used as a component of specialized grass mixtures. The plant possesses a narrow-leaf structure and retains a rich summer color, which allows for effective application on sports facilities with reduced maintenance costs.

A key feature of the variety is high nitrogen use efficiency, which allows for a reduction in nitrogen fertilizer requirements of up to 50% for maintaining turf quality compared to analogues. The variety does not possess the self-repairing properties inherent to RPR technology.
