The variety is characterized by rapid rooting and vigorous early development. The plants have a bunch-type growth habit and form a dense cover with good leaf texture. The color of the stand varies from medium green to dark green.

The variety is intended for regular mowing. It possesses resistance to trampling and intensive use. In scientific literature, the variety is considered in the context of studying resistance to gray leaf spot.
