The variety is intended for use in lawn mixtures, landscaping, and creating surfaces in areas with high traffic, including football pitches and golf clubs. Unlike forage varieties, this variety was bred for ornamental quality, density, and wear resistance of the turf.
The plant is characterized by high turf density and the ability to tolerate low mowing. Plant height under field trial conditions was approximately 52 cm. The variety possesses the ability for rapid germination and resistance to trampling.
