The variety belongs to diploid (2n) forms with a heading date of May 23. It is characterized by a very low level of remontancy (2.4) and intensive growth at the end of winter, which allows grazing to begin 4 days earlier than the usual time.

The plant possesses high resistance to diseases, in particular to rust, as well as to drought conditions and high temperatures. The variety is universal, suitable both for pasture use and for the preparation of hay, silage, and haylage. The recommended seeding rate for pure sowing is 25 kg/ha.
