The variety is intended for the creation of professional sports surfaces, such as football and golf courses, as well as high-quality ornamental lawns. The plant possesses very high shoot density, exceptional fine leaf texture, and ensures a “clean cut” during mowing.
The variety is distinguished by high resistance to rust and acceptable tolerance to red thread. Other agrobiological advantages include good shade tolerance, the ability to withstand low temperatures, and visual appeal during both winter and summer periods.
