The variety is intended for professional use, including overseeding on golf course fairways and other sports grounds. The plant is characterized by high germination energy, rapid formation of dense cover, and resistance to trampling and mechanical stress.

Morphologically, the variety belongs to the turf type of perennial ryegrass, characterized by a V-shaped leaf cross-section and a distinct luster on the underside of the leaf blade. During the breeding process, special attention is paid to increasing the plants' resistance to drought and various pathogens.
