The variety belongs to the group of pasture grasses. Externally, it is characterized by wider dark green leaves compared to a number of other varieties, and thickened stems. The variety is low-growing.
It belongs to mid-late varieties. The vegetation period from the beginning of regrowth to full seed maturity is 80–85 days; flowering occurs 60–70 days after the start of vegetation. It forms a significant number of stems in the aftermath. The variety has high winter hardiness.
Intended for creating a forage base in the form of hayfields and pastures. Adapted to the agro-climatic conditions of Latvia.
