The variety is used in professional grass mixtures for creating sports lawns and landscaping road verges. The plant is characterized by a fine leaf texture, good turf density, and the ability to recover quickly after mechanical damage.

The variety possesses resistance to red thread and tolerates partial shading. When grown, it requires a sufficient level of nutrients in the soil; it exhibits sensitivity to the effects of extreme heat and drought conditions.
