The variety is intended for creating ornamental lawn covers. The plant possesses high tillering capacity, forming a dense turf with a fine leaf structure and a saturated dark green shade.

The variety is distinguished by good tolerance to low temperatures and high wear resistance. The biological characteristics of the variety include very high resistance to rust and good resistance to red thread.
