The variety possesses good tillering ability and forms a dense sward. It is characterized by a slow growth rate, which reduces the need for frequent mowing.

The plant has high resistance to mechanical stress and diseases, and also demonstrates good winter hardiness. Due to its visual qualities and durability, the variety is widely used in professional grass seed mixtures.
