The variety is intended for use on sports fields, golf courses, and areas with high traffic. It possesses a high ability to recover from stress, excellent mowing quality, and the ability to maintain a dark green color for an extended period.

The plant demonstrates high resistance to a number of common diseases, including stem and crown rust, pink snow mold, red thread, and gray leaf spot. The variety is characterized by excellent winter color retention and high wear resistance to trampling.
